Nearpeer Shop – Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery (Pakistan-wide): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Express Delivery (select cities): 1–3 business days.

• Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected items or order values.

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

• You can track your parcel directly through the courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

• Refusal to accept COD orders without valid reason may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

International Shipping

• Currently, Nearpeer Shop only delivers within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays & Responsibility

• We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure timely deliveries.

• However, Nearpeer Shop is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@nearpeer.org with your order details.

• We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
