At Bookpeer, also known as Nearpeer Shop, we do our best to get your books to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how deliveries are managed and what to expect after placing your order.
1. Shipping Partners & Control

All orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, Bookpeer has no direct control over the delivery process.

After dispatch, no changes can be made to the shipping address, contact number, or order details.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
We aim to deliver your books as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 3 working days

Main cities (e.g., Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta): 4–5 working days

Remote and side areas: Up to 10 working days
Note: Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. Important Customer Responsibilities

Once shipped, the courier rider will call you upon arrival.

Please ensure your phone is active and reachable. If you do not pick up the call or receive the package, the order will be marked as "Returned to Sender", and re-delivery will not be free.

Double-check your address and phone number before placing the order.
4. Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will hold your order until it is available and can be shipped together.

You will be informed in case of delays exceeding 5 working days.
